As Senior Project Engineer you will work both independently and as part of a team on a wide variety of projects. You will make control room systems, fire management systems, data center management systems, but you will also be involved in access control and video management systems. You will analyze information and process it into an integrated software solution, which ultimately helps the end user to perform his work. You will structure information, process it in the back-end and make it graphically clear. Furthermore, you will install the solution in cloud environments, but also in on-premise environments. Commissioning and testing the whole thing is the final, and perhaps most enjoyable, step. You will eventually deliver a working system to the end user.
Furthermore, you support the project leader in coming up with the right solution for the customer. You analyze the information and make sure it is ready for processing by the team. Also remote support of installations and participating in the 24-hour emergency service is part of the function, this after the training period and/or sufficient independence.

This is what we ask:
- Completed education HBO Electrical engineering, Security engineering, (technical) computer science, industrial automation or equivalent;
- Several years of experience in work preparation/software engineering or security engineering;
- Knowledge and interest in ICT solutions and "bus" systems (Bacnet, Modbus, etc.).
Several years of experience in system integration/SCADA systems and you have basic ICT knowledge; - Relevant work experience in creating integrated solutions, programming, commissioning and troubleshooting integration software is a plus;
- Knowledge and experience with SCADA systems is an advantage;
- Knowledge of managing Windows (server) operating systems, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL is a plus;
- Knowledge and experience with various access control and VMS systems is a plus;
- Good communication and contact skills;
- Good oral and written command of the Dutch and English languages;
- A VCA -VOL diploma;
- Good knowledge of the MS office package;
- Possible willingness to partially work abroad;
- In possession of driving license B.
