What is required.

  • HBO/WO working and thinking level.
  • Completed HBO/WO degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • You are entrepreneurial, environmentally aware, results-oriented and have good communication skills.
  • Several years of experience in HVAC, climate control engineering and systems integration/security engineering.
  • Relevant work experience in drafting designs, such as control engineering descriptions, security designs, integrated software.
  • Relevant work experience in system integration or control engineering is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in system integration/SCADA systems and has basic ICT knowledge.
  • Knowledge and interest in ICT solutions and "bus" systems (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
  • Knowledge and interest in security solutions (access control, VMS, etc.).
  • Good communication and contact skills.
    Command of the Dutch and English language (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to work abroad.

In possession of driving license B.

Job description

The project leader, together with a project team, ensures that projects are carried out correctly and efficiently so that they are delivered to the client on time and within the set budget. 

In general terms, the duties of a project leader are as follows:

  • Support and advise the client regarding project capabilities, scope and schedule
  • Develop a strategy for project(s), both short and long term
  • Create planning and project budget
  • Setting priorities
  • Organizing working sessions and project meetings with the project team
  • Conducting consultations with other departments involved in the project
  • Coordinating the required capacity
  • Managing and motivating the project team
  • Optimizing work methods
  • Monitor the budget and adjust where necessary
  • Monitoring timing and meeting deadlines
  • Monitor any risks and issues
  • Reporting project progress to the project team, management team and external clients
  • Maintain contact with any clients
  • Delivery of the project
  • Testing technical possibilities
  • Supervising technical development
  • Designing technical concepts or solutions that meet the contract requirements of the client
